THE DETAILS Decorating your event is your choice. Each venue is equipped with many hooks for decorating ease. Catering Whether your event is professionally or personally catered is your preference. You may choose to hire a caterer or prepare your delicious menu yourself. Additional Services Set Up (Tables and Chairs) – $100 Cleaning – $250 Stages/Risers (up to 28 feet) – $100 Reserving Your Date To reserve the Merchants Building for your special event, please complete the following: Book the event by submitting the form with the $250 Deposit. Review the Rental Contract Provide Proof of Insurance (Homeowners insurance normally covers this.)
