You may choose to hire a caterer or prepare your delicious menu yourself. Additional Services Set Up (Tables and Chairs) – $100 Cleaning – $250 Stages/Risers (up to 28 feet) – $100 Reserving Your Date To reserve the Merchants Building for your special event, please complete the following: Book the event by submitting the form with the $250 Deposit. Review the Rental Contract Provide Proof of Insurance (Homeowners insurance normally covers this.)
